What do I look under if I need someone to make some computer software for a program I came up with?

I have a great idea for some business software, I don’t know where to start, who to ask, or anything, I would have to have it already made to be able to sell it. Would someone who designs software, be called a computer programmer? I don’t have any idea! Thanks for any help!
