My computer keeps logging off so what can i do to fix it?

I recently downloaded a software on my computer but now every time i turn my computer on it says”loading personal settings” then it says “logging off” then the computer just keeps turning on and off. I would try to fix it myself but since i cant log on to my computer i cant. Please im in desperate need to fix it.
